Ingredients
- 4 LB – Bone-In Chicken Thighs

¾ Cup – Eye Opener Bourbon Coffee Rub
- 1 Stick – Butter
Directions
- Preheat your grill or smoker to 275 degrees.
- Trim the chicken thighs as needed.
- Season the chicken thighs generously on all sides.
- Place the thighs on the grill, skin side up, over indirect heat for 45-60 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 170 degrees.
- Melt the butter and baste the thighs.
- Increase the temperature of the grill to 375 and cook for an additional 20 minutes to render the skin.
- Remove from the grill and rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
