We put a spin on the viral Flying Dutchman burger, added some Swiss cheese and hollandaise sauce, and voila - say hello to our version, the Flying Frenchman!

Ingredients
- 2 LB – Ground Beef
- 3 TB – King Shallot
- 2 – Large Onions
- 4 oz – Swiss Cheese
- Hollandaise Sauce to finish
Directions
- Preheat your griddle to 350 degrees.
- For the ground beef into 8, 4 oz patties.
- Peel the onions and cut into thick slices, about ¾”. (8x)
- Lightly oil the griddle and place the onion slices down.
- Cook, turning occasionally until the onions are slightly caramelized and tender.
- Remove and set aside.
- Place the burgers on the griddle and season generously with King Shallot.
- Cook the burgers to your liking and then finish them by melting swiss cheese on each patty.
- Build the burgers by placing 2 grilled burgers between two slices of grilled onions.
- Finish the burgers with Hollandaise sauce and enjoy!
