Ingredients

2 TB – Butter

2 TB – Flour

2 Cup – Milk

3 Cup – Swiss Cheese, Shredded

2 tsp – Black Gold

1 Bag – Kettle Chips

1 Cup – Shredded Corned Beef

½ Cup – Sauerkraut
Russian Dressing
- 1 Cup – Mayonnaise
- 3 TB – Ketchup
- 2 TB – Bier Hall Mustard
- 1 tsp – Pickle Juice
Directions
- Make the Russian dressing by combining the listed ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
- In a saucepot, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add flour and whisk until well combined. Cook 2 minutes.
- Slowly, while stirring, add milk.
- Bring to a simmer, the sauce should thicken.
- Stir in 2 cups of shredded Swiss cheese. Heat and stir until melted.
- Build the nachos.
- Lay out the chips on a platter and sprinkle with the remaining cup of shredded Swiss cheese.
- Add the shredded corned beef and sauerkraut.
- Top with a drizzle of the Russian dressing.
