Ingredients

4, 5 Oz Lamb Patties

2 T Open Sesame Everything Bagel

4 Burger Buns
-
8 Tomato Slices

2 Cups Baby Spinich

2, 5.3 Oz Plain Greek Yogurt

1/2 Cucumber- Peeled, Small Diced
Directions
Pre-heat grill to high heat.
In a sauté pan over medium heat, sauté the red onions in the oil until translucent. Add the balsamic vinegar and cook until the balsamic is dissolved and absorbed. Set aside.
Make the Tzatziki. Peel and dice the cucumber and set on paper towel to absorb some of the extra moisture. Mince the garlic and chop the dill.

Season the lamb patties with Open Sesame and grill to desired temperature. Finish the patties with feta and allow to melt slightly.
Toast the buns on the grill slightly.
Build the burgers from bottom to top as follows: Bottom bun, spinach, sliced tomato, burger patty, feta, sliced olives, balsamic onions, Tzatziki and finally a top bun.
