Cheese, cheese, and of course more cheese! Is there ever too much? Grilled cheese smash burger loaded with cheddar and muenster and grilled till melty goodness.
Ingredients
- 1 LB – Ground Beef

2 T – Bacon Bomb
- 3 – Brioche Buns
- 12 Slice – Cheese (cheddar and muenster)

2 T – Butter (softened)
Directions
- Portion the meat into 6 equal portions and form meatballs.
- Preheat flattop to 375 degrees.
- Place the brioche buns down on the flattop normally to lightly toast.
- Then flip the buns so the outside on the buns are now down on the flattop.
- Evenly layer on the cheese and set off to a warm side of the flattop to melt the cheese.
- Place the meatball on the flattop and use a burger press to smash the patties.
- Season egnerously with Bacon Bomb.
- Place two burger patties on each bun set and close the sandwich.
- Butter both sides of the buns.
- Once the burgers are well toasted and the cheese is melted, serve and enjoy!
