Ingredients
- 1 LB – Ground Chicken
-
2 T – Honky Tonk Nashville Hot Chicken Rub
- 3 – Burger Buns
- 6 Slice – Swiss Cheese

1 C – Sliced Pickles
-
2 C – Green Cabbage, Shredded
-
½ C – Carrots, Shredded
-
¾ C – Mayo
-
3 T – Apple Cider Vinegar
-
3 T – Sugar
-
2 t – Celery Salt
Slaw
Directions
- Portion the ground chicken into 6 equal parts and form them into meatballs.
- Make the slaw by combining the listed ingredients. Stir well and adjust the seasoning to your liking.
- Heat the flattop to 375 degrees.
- Place the meatballs down on the flattop and use a burger press to flatten the meat to ¼”.
- Season the patties generously with Honky Tonk rub.
- Flip the patties and immediately place a slice of swiss on each patty.
- Once slightly melted, build the burgers.
- Place ½ cup of slaw on the bottom of each bun and then stack on two chicken patties.
- Finish each burger with some sliced pickles and the top bun.
- Enjoy!
