Ingredients
-
4 Hatch Chilis
-
8 Oz Cream Cheese
-
8 Oz Shredded Chicken
-
2 T El Dinero Hatch Chili Verde Taco Seasoning & Rub
-
8 Pieces Bacon
-
Cliantro
Directions
Preheat smoker/grill to 400 degrees
Combine the cream cheese, shredded chicken and El Dinero Taco Seasoning in a bowl and set aside.
Cut the chilis in ½ the long way, trying to leave the stem in tact. Remove the membranes and seeds.
Stuff the chilis with the chicken mixture.
Wrap each popper in bacon. Each should take 2 pieces of bacon.
Place the poppers on a rack lined sheet tray.
Smoke the poppers for 25-35 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy to your liking.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve.
Enjoy!
