Ingredients
- 3 LB – Chicken Breasts

1 T – Olive Oil
-
4 T – Bee Sting Hot Honey BBQ Rub
- 2 – Bell Peppers
- 1 – Red Onion (large)
- 2 – Lemons
- 1 Stick – Butter, unsalted

2 T– Bee Sting Hot Honey BBQ Rub

3 T – Parsley, Chopped
Directions
- Preheat grill to 350 degrees, set up for indirect heat.
- Cut the chicken into 2” cubes.
- Toss the chicken with the olive oil, juice from one lemon and 4 TB of Bee Sting rub.
- Cut the vegetables into like-sized pieces compared to the chicken.
- Skewer the chicken and vegetables alternating each piece.
- Place the kebabs on the grill over indirect heat and close the lid.
- Cook until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
- While the kebabs are cooking make the basting butter.
- In a small saucepot, combine the butter, juice from one lemon, 2 TB of parsley and 2 TB of Bee Sting rub.
- Place the pot over medium low heat and melt, stirring occasionally until the sauce is well combined.
- Baste the cooked kebabs with the butter and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from the grill and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve with an extra drizzle of butter and a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
