Ingredients
- 2 LB – Salmon, skin on

3 T – Bee Sting Hot Honey Rub

½ C – Hot Honey Peach Wing Sauce
Directions
- Preheat smoker to 275 degrees.
- Pat the salmon dry with paper towel and then season with Bee Sting rub.
- Place the salmon on the smoker, skin side down.
- Smoke for 45-55 minutes until the internal temperature [reaches 135 degrees.
- Baste the salmon generously with Hot Honey Peach sauce.
- Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes.
- Remove from the smoker and rest for 10 minutes before serving.
