Hot Honey Shrimp
Sweet honey, spicy Nashville Hot Chicken rub, and rich butter give these roasted shrimp a rich and flavorful kick. Even better, the dish comes together in minutes, making it an ideal after-work meal or extremely speedy appetizer. Spoon on top of white rice, grits, or into a crusty baguette for an epic 'Po Boy.

Shrimp, peeled & deveined |
1 T |
Honky Tonk Hot Chicken Rub |
1T | Honey |
1 | Lime, zest & juice |
2 T | Butter, cubed |
1 T | Cilantro, chopped |
1 T | Scallions, chopped |
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 500° F.
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together Nashville Hot Chicken, honey, lime juice and zest. Add shrimp and toss to coat with seasoning.
- Transfer shrimp to a large cast iron skillet and top with cold butter. Place in the hot oven and cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with cilantro and scallions. Serve hot with rice, if desired.
