Raising the bar on your average dill! Our homemade Honky Tonk Hot Pickles are hip-hip hooray-HOT! A zingy flavor accompanied by a crisp crunch will have you feeling cool as a cucumber and that’s a big dill!
Ingredients

1 Lb Cucumbers- Cut To Size

1 t Dill Weed (Dried)

4 Cloves Garlic

2 Bay Leaves

2 T Honky Tonk Hot Chicken Rub

1 t Black Peppercorns

1 t Mustard Seed

1 t Coriander Seed

1 Cup Vinegar (5%)

1 Cup Water0 Distilled or Filtered

2 t Kosher Salt

2 t Sugar
Directions
Evenly distribute the dry seasonings into two mason jars with the exception of salt and sugar.
In a small saucepot, bring the vinegar, water, sugar and salt to a simmer until the salt and sugar are dissolved.
Cut down the cucumbers to your liking and place them into the mason jars.
Pour the vinegar mixture evenly into the two mason jars. Allow to sit for 5 minutes to allow the bubbles trapped inside to release.
Close the lids on tightly and shake well before putting in the fridge.
Leave in the fridge for 24 to 48 hours.
