Ingredients

1 Rack Baby Back Ribs

1 Cup Water
-
3 T Apple Cider Vinegar
-
1/4 Cup Blue Ribbon Competition style Rib Rub

1 Cup Blue Ribbon Comepetition Style BBQ Sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Rinse Ribs under cold water and pat dry.
Cut rack in half and place ribs on the round of the Instant pot with the ribs standing vertically.
Set Instant pot Manual/High Pressure 20 min + 5 Minutes natural release.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the rib racks.
With PS Blue Ribbon BBQ Sauce baste the ribs and place them in the oven 3-5 mins.
Serve!

Recipe sounds interesting, but is incomplete. I know the water goes in the Instant Pot – where do the cider vinegar and rub go? On ribs? In pot?
