Load it up with chunked up burger patties, crispy bacon bits, sliced crunchy pickles, juicy tomatoes and diced onions. You will hardly notice this cheeseburger is missing a bun!

Ingredients

1 Lb Ground Beef

2 T Tailgater Ballpark Blend

1 Bag French Fries
-
2 Cups Heavy Cream
-
6 Oz American Cheese
-
6 Oz Cheddar Cheese- Shredded

2 t Tailgater Ballpark Blend

1 Tomato- Diced
-
1/2 Red Onion- Diced

1/2 Cup Pickle- Diced

5 Slices Bacon- Chopped
Directions
Form 3 patties out of the ground beef and generously season with Tailgater Seasoning.
Cook the burgers on the grill or in a skillet. Once they are medium rare, turn off the heat and chop up the meat. Save for later.
Heat the cream to a low simmer. Slowly add the cheese until well absorbed. Season with tailgater.
Cook you fries and place on a platter and top with cheese sauce, seasoned beef and then the vegetables.
