Ingredients
- 6 Ears – Corn on the Cob
- 8 oz – Cream Cheese

1 ½ T – Bacon Bomb
- 3 – Jalapenos
- 12 Slice – Bacon, not thick cut
Directions
- Preheat grill to 350 degrees, set up for indirect cooking.
- Mix the cream cheese and the Bacon Bomb together until well combined.
- Shuck the corn.
- Spread about 1 oz of the cream cheese mixture onto the corn spreading it evenly all over.
- Julienne the jalapenos.
- Tack on strips of jalapeno to the corn, it should stick to the cream cheese.
- In a spiral pattern, wrap the corn in bacon using two slices of bacon per cob.
- Place the corn on the grill over indirect heat and cook for 30-50 minutes until the bacon is rendered to your liking.
- Rest for 10 minutes before serving.
- Enjoy!
