We have taken out top brat flavor and turned it into a mouthwatering meatloaf. This Smoked Mac N Cheese Meatloaf is not your mom’s dry meatloaf. With playful flavors of tangy BBQ, zippy mustard, and that creamy mouth feel of your childhood favorite mac n cheese. This meatloaf is quite the mouthful!
Ingredients

2 Lb Ground Beef

2 Eggs

1 C Panko Breadcrumbs

2 T Bier Hall Mustard

4 Oz #353 Mac N Cheese Brat Seasoning

1 Oz Noodles ( From Mac N Cheese Blend)

3 Oz High Temp Cheddar Cheese

1 Onion

1/2 C Memphis King Tangy BBQ Sauce
Directions
Small dice the onion.
In a bowl, combine the ground beef, mac n cheese seasoning, noodles, high temp cheese, eggs, panko, mustard and diced onion. Mix until well combined.
Wrap and set in the fridge overnight to let the flavors marry.
Preheat smoker to 350 degrees.
Place on the smoker for 1 hour or until the internal temperature of the meatloaf reaches 155 degrees.
Baste the top of the meatloaf with the BBQ sauce and return to the smoker for another 20 minutes until the sauce has set.
Allow to rest for 15 minutes before cutting and serving.
