Ingredients
- 8 OZ – Cream Cheese

1 ½ T – On The Rocks Bourbon Pepper
- ¾ oz – Bourbon

½ C – Cherry Preserves
- 1 oz – Bourbon
Directions
- Preheat smoker to 225 degrees.
- Score the top of the cream cheese block and place on a foil boat or small aluminum pan.
- Drizzle the cream cheese with ¾ oz of bourbon.
- Season the cream cheese generously with On The Rocks.
- Place on the smoker for 60 minutes until the cream cheese is very soft.
- While the bourbon is smoking, combine the cherry preserves and 1 oz of bourbon in a small saucepan and heat to combine. Once the mixture comes to a simmer, remove from heat.
- Top the smoked cream cheese with the bourbon preserves and serve with crackers for dipping.
