Pan-Seared Sesame-Glazed Salmon

Salmon Filets, 5 oz. portions |

Hoisin Sauce |

Olive Oil |

Sesame Oil |

Instructions:
- Brush top of salmon filets with hoisin sauce, then sprinkle with Open Sesame.
- In a large pan, heat oil and butter over medium heat. Place salmon seasoning side down in pan and sear for about 3 minutes per side. Serve hot with sautéed vegetables (suggested: asparagus, bok choy, carrots, scallions).
