Ingredients
- 2 LB – Pheasant Breasts
- 12 – Dates
- 6 Slice – Bacon, thick cut
-
½ C – Thai Fighter
Directions
- Cut the pheasant breasts in ½ creating two strips.
- Wrap one piece of pheasant breast around a date, and then wrap that in bacon.
- Skewer the entire piece, securing the bacon at its ends.
- Place the skewers in a pan and cover with Thai Fighter. Marinate for at least 4 hours.
- Preheat smoker to 250 degrees.
- Place the skewers on a rack lined tray and place on the smoker. Cook for 45-60 minutes, basting ½ through with more Thai Fighter.
