These Pineapple Sriracha Ham Sliders are the real deal folks! Layers of ham and melty muenster cheese are smooshed in between soft Hawaiian rolls and topped with a buttery, spicy Sriracha glaze that gets a little caramelized on top.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs ham (or any meat)
- 16 @kingshawaiian slider buns
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella
- 8 oz sliced muenster
- 12 TB butter

3/4 cup Pineapple Sriracha Wing Sauce
Directions
- 1. Slice entire slider sheet in half. Place bottom half on a sheet tray.
- 2. Melt butter and whisk with Pineapple Sriracha sauce. Drizzle half of mixture on the bottom half of sliders.
- 3. Layer Mozzarella cheese, then ham, then muenster slices.
- 4. Place top half of sliders on, then drizzle remaining Pineapple Sriracha butter on top.
- 5. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
