Pretzel garlic knots! Perfect for pizza or pasta night! Light, fluffy, and covered in garlic butter!
Ingredients
- 1 – Pennsylvania Dutch Pretzel Kit
- ½ Stick – Butter
- 2 oz – Olive Oil

¼ C – Garlic, chopped

2 T – Prime Time
-
¼ C – Parsley, Chopped

¼ C – Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
- Make the pretzel dough according to the directions on the box and proof the dough.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Cut the dough into 16 equal(ish) balls.
- Roll each dough into a rod about 8” long, then tie it in a knot.
- Get the baking soda bath ready and boiling. (included in the kit)
- Blanch the pretzel knots in the water for 30 seconds, flipping ½ way through.
- Set on a rack lined tray to dry while you get the garlic butter ready.
- In a 12”, oven safe skillet, heat the butter and oil together. Add the garlic and Prime Time. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
- Place the pretzel knots in a bowl and toss with the garlic butter.
- Place the knots back into the skillet arranged to be in one layer.
- Pour over remaining garlic butter from the bowl and top with grated parmesan.
- Place in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before garnishing with chopped parsley and digging in!
