1 Pack Spinach and Arugula Mix
-
1-2 T Prime Time Buttery Beef Rub

Directions
Preheat grill to 400 degrees and set oven to Warm setting or lowest temp.
To prep onions, slice 1 onion in ¼ rounds for onion rings, and the second onion will be julienned.
Rinse baby bellas and cut into thick slices keeping the stem.
Cut tomatoes in halves and set aside.
In a medium bowl add flour, panko bread crumbs, milk and 1 ½ t Buried treasure and mix well. If batter is too think you can add a small amount of milk to loosen.
On a sheet pan season Wagyu patties with Prime Time Rub on both sides.
Heat 1 T olive oil in a sauté pan. Add julienned onion and sliced bellas. Add in 1-2 T balsamic vinegar until sautéed. Place in a bowl and put in oven until ready to top burgers.
In a clean plan , heat and add 2 T olive oil. Split apart onion rounds into rings and batter each ring. Place in oil until the bottom browns and then flip to the other side. Repeat this process until all rounds are battered and fried. Place on a plate and put in the oven to keep warm.
In same pan add 1 T olive oil and do a quick sauté on the tomatoes 1-2 mins on high. Place in a bowl and put in oven to keep warm.
Grill wagyu patties 3 minutes per side or until desired doneness to get a nice char on the burger. Top with a generous cheese sprinkle and allow to melt *Option to toast brioche buns on grill.
Remove toppings from oven and build your burger.
Layer on bottom bun, greens, tomatoes, burger, balsamic onion/bella mix, topped with a stack of onion rings and finishing with the top bun.
Enjoy!
