Ingredients

1 1/2 Lb Porterhouse Steak

4-5 T Prime Time Buttery Beef Blend

4 T Canola Oil
-
1/2 Stick Butter
-
1 Oz Thyme- Fresh
-
406 Garlic Cloves- Whole, Peeled
Directions
Fire up pellet grill to smoke at 225.
Pat the steak dry with a paper towel.
On a sheet tray, coat both sides and edges of steak with Prime Time Rub and pat on to the meat with fingers.
Place in the fridge for 30-60 minutes.
Put steak on grill for 60 mins or until 115 degrees internal temp.
In a hot skillet put oil, butter garlic and thyme. Then set your steak in and sear 2 minutes per side, basting the steak with butter while it is searing on both sides.
Remove steak, and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Cut, serve, and enjoy!
