Ingredients
- 1 LB – Ground Pork

1 C – Cabbage, chopped fine
- ½ - Carrot, chopped fine

¼ C – Green Onion, Chopped

2 T – Toasted Sesame Oil
- 2 – Eggs

3 T – BBQ General SPG Rub
- 18 – Pastry Spring Roll Wrappers

Red Rooster - Sweet Red Chili Sauce
Directions
- Combine the cabbage, carrot, green onion, sesame oil, eggs and BBQ General SPG in a bowl and stir until well combined.
- Add the pork to the bowl and mix until well combined.
- Lay out a spring roll wrapped and place 3 TB of the pork mixture in the middle of the wrap.
- Form the filling into a 1” X 3” shape. Wet 2 fingers with water and trace the outer edge of the wrap before rolling it up like an egg roll. Make sure all creases are well sealed.
- Repeat with the remaining filling and wrappers.
- Preheat fryer to 325 degrees.
- Fry the lumpia 2 or 3 at a time until they float and are evenly golden brown, about 5-6 minutes.
- Drip dry in the fryer before resting them on a paper towel lined tray.
- Serve with Red Rooster as a dipping sauce.
