Ingredients
- 2 LB – Ground Beef
- 2 – Eggs

1 C – Breadcrumbs
-
½ C – Onion, Diced
- 3 Clove – Garlic, minced

¼ C – Blue Ribbon Rub
- 4 oz – Cheddar, block

½ C – Blue Ribbon BBQ Sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine the ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, diced onion, minced garlic and blue ribbon rub in a bowl.
- Mix together with your hand until the ingredients are well combined and the meat becomes slightly tacky.
- Make 8 equal sized patties, about 4 oz each.
- Diced the cheese into ½” cubes.
- Place a few cubes of cheese between two patties and seal the edges.
- Sear off the meatloaves on a flattop or a lightly oiled skillet, only for about 2 minutes each side to create a nice seared crust.
- Place the meatloaves on a parchment lined tray and into the oven.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 155 degrees.
- Baste the meatloaves with Blue Ribbon BBQ sauce and place back in the oven for 5 minutes.
- Rest the meat for 5 minutes before serving.
