Instructions:

Instructions:
- Place avocado sour cream, lime zest & juice, cilantro, jalapeño, and Desert Pepper in a mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer to combine ingredients until smooth, then beat in heavy cream. Serve immediately, or refrigerate up to 3 days.
Honky Tonk Hot Sauce
This sauce is seriously addicting. A little sweet, a little tangy, and a lot of smoke and spice come together for an easy hot sauce that you'll want to put on everything. Great on eggs, breakfast burritos, wings, and everything else.

Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, heat vegetable oil over low heat. Whisk in brown sugar, until dissolved. Remove from heat and whisk in vinegar and Honky Tonk Rub. Serve immediately, or refrigerate up to 3 months.
Tangy Honey Mustard Sauce
