The perfect summer party cocktail! Made without Spicy Dill Pickle rub and jalapeno tequila!
Ingredients

2 C – Vodka
- 1 – Jalapeno
- 1 – Pickle Spear

4 C - Clamato
- 2 – Beers, Mexican Style

Spicy Dill Pickle Wing Rub for rimming
- Pickle Spears for garnish
Directions
- Cut the jalapeno into thick slices and place them in a mason jar with the Vodka along with a pickle spear.
- Let the Vodka steep in the fridge for 3-4 days.
- Make the Ojo Rojo by pouring 1 ½ oz of the steeped vodka into a martini shaker along with ¾ cup of clamato.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake for 20-30 seconds until well chilled.
- Rim a pint glass with Spicy Dill Pickle rub and add ice to the glass.
- Pour in the liquid from the shaker and top off the drink with beer.
- Garnish with a pickle spear and enjoy!
