Ingredients

2 Cup – Tequila
- 1 – Jalapeno
- ½ - Watermelon
-
¼ C - Sugar
-
2 C – Club Soda
-
Bee Sting Hot Honey Rub for rimming
Directions
- Cut the jalapeno into thick slices and place them in a mason jar with the tequila.
- Let the tequila steep in the fridge for 3-4 days.
- Cut the watermelon into medium sized chucks and place them in the blender. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the watermelon puree and then adjust the flavor with sugar.
- Make the cocktails.
- Into a cocktail shaker pour 1 ½ oz of the steeped tequila and 2 oz of the watermelon juice.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake for 20-30 seconds until well chilled.
- Rim a rocks glass by wetting the rim with a piece of watermelon and then dipping it into Bee Sting rub.
- Add ice to the glass and pour in the contents of the shaker.
- Top of with club soda and serve with a garnish of watermelon.
