Ingredients

2 Lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast

1 Medium- Zucchini
-
1 Medium- Yellow Squash
-
1 Red Onion
-
4 T The Tailgater Ballpark Blend

2 T Olive Oil
Directions
Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least 15 minutes before using and setting on the grill.
Cut chicken into large 2 inch pieces. Do the same with the vegetables.
Skewer the chicken and vegetables in alternate order, starting and ending with chicken.
Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with seasoning. Rub this into the vegetables and meat.
Grill the kebabs over medium high heat for 12-15 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Tip: Use Metal Skewers if available or Bamboo Skewers
