Ingredients
-
3 Lbs Chicken Wings
-
3 T Olive Oil
-
1/2 Cup Red Rooster Sweet Red Chili Sauce
-
Rub:
-
4 T Curry Powder
-
1 1/2 T Ground Coriander
-
1 1/2 T Kosher Salt
-
1 T Ground Ginger
-
1 T Ground Cumin
-
1/2 T Pepper
-
1/2 T Sugar
Directions
Preheat grill or smoker to 350 degrees.
Make the rub by combining the dried seasonings.
Lay wings on a sheet tray and rub with olive oil.
Sprinkle the wings with the rub and allow to sit for 10 minutes to absorb.
Place the wings on the grill for 30-45 minutes, flipping once half way through the cook.
Baste the wings with Red Rooster Sweet Red Chili Sauce and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes until the sauce is caramelized.
Remove from the grill, allow wings to rest for 5 minutes and enjoy.
