We are throwing a ginger packed pork belly punch at your plate. These tender teriyaki pork bites are sweet, buttery and Asian inspired. And, the championship yum title goes to burnt ends!
Ingredients
-
3 Lb Pork Belly
-
4 T Open Sesame Everything Bagle
-
4 T Butter
-
1/2 Cup Honey
-
1 Cup- Thai Fighter Ginger Teriyaki
Directions
Set smoker to 250 degrees.
Cut pork belly into large pieces and season generously with Open Sesame.
Arrange the seasoned pork belly on a wire rack and place in the smoker for 2 hours.
Remove the pork belly from the wire rack and place in a foil lined baking dish, or a disposable aluminum pan.
Melt the butter and combine with Thai Fighter and the honey. Pour the mixture over the burnt ends and mix well. Cover with foil.
Return to the smoker for another 1 to 1 ½ hours or until the meat reaches 200 degrees.
Gently stir the burnt ends again to make sure each piece is well coated in sauce.
Serve and enjoy!

This easy recipe is so good! I made the sauce, put half on fish and baked it. Made rice and broccoli and sprinkled with Everything Bagel. Cut the fish into pieces and put on top of the rice and broccoli. Spooned plenty of sauce over the top and sprinkled the Everything Bagel on it. 5 star!
