Ingredients

4 C – Turkey. Cooked and shredded

2 C – Mashed Potatoes

1 C – Corn

1 C – Green Beans
-
1 C – Gravy
-
1 C – Stuffing
-
2 T – Black Gold Seasoning
- Natural Hog Casings
- Brat Buns
- Cranberry sauce
Directions
- Soak your hog casing according to the directions on the package.
- Combine the turkey, mashed potatoes, corn, green beans, stuffing, gravy and Black Gold Seasoning in a bowl.
- Mix together with your hand until well combined.
- Load your sausage stuffer and thread on your natural hog casings.
- Stuff your sausage and then twist into 6” links.
- Allow the sausages to set in the fridge for 4 hours before grilling over medium/low heat.
- Serve on a bun with a drizzle of cranberry sauce.
- Enjoy!
