The Works Smoked Snack Mix combines corn Chex cereal, Cheez-Its, pretzel sticks, and peanuts, all seasoned with The Works. This tangy and smoky flavor profile offers a delightful twist on traditional snack mixes, making it an irresistible treat.
Ingredients
- 1 Box – Corn Chex (12 oz)
- 1 Box – Cheez Its (12.4oz)
- 1 Bag – Pretzel Sticks (15oz)
- 16 oz – Unsalted, Dry Roasted Peanuts
- 1 ½ Stick – Butter, unsalted
- 4 TB – The Works Burger Blend
Directions
- Combine the Chex, Cheez its, pretzel sticks and peanuts in a large bowl.
- Melt the butter and drizzle onto the mix. Toss to mix.
- Season with The Works Burger Blend and toss again until the Chex mix is well coated.
- Place the Chex mix into 2 foil pans.
- Preheat smoker to 225 degrees.
- Smoke the Chex mix for 45-60 minutes until dry and seasoning adheres well to the Chex mix.
- Cool completely and serve.
