Let's Get Poppin'. 

This brat is about to get jalapeno business. Inspired by our favorite BBQ treat, the spicy kick of jalapeno peppers is combined with creamy sour cream and smoky bacon for a brat that is sure to heat up your grilling season. 

How To Use

(For 12-1/2# Batches Divide Following By 1/2) 

You will need:

  • 25# of Lean Pork Trims
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 pkg. of "B" Seasoning
  • 2.5 lbs. High Temp Mozzarella Cheese

Suggested Procedure:

Grind regular trims through 1/8” plate. Add water, Brat Seasoning, 2.5 lbs of High-Temp Mozzarella Cheese. Mix for 3-5 minutes until meat is thoroughly combined. Stuff into 32-35mm hog casings or 4” x 20” fibrous casings, or form into patties.

Jalapeno Pepper*, Salt, Sour Cream Powder (Sour Cream [Cream, Cultures, Lactic Acid], Cultured Nonfat Milk Solids, Citric Acid), Bacon Flavored Pinto Flakes (Pinto Beans, Sunflower Oil, Natural Flavor [Salt, Yeast Extract, Tapioca Dextrose, Natural Flavors, Organic Sunflower Oil, Torula Yeast]), Spices, Garlic Powder, Natural Flavor, Cheddar Cheese Powder (Whey, Maltodextrin, Reduced Lactose Whey, Canola Oil, Cheddar Cheese [Cultured Milk, Salt, Enzymes], Natural Flavors, Salt Natural Blue Cheese Flavor, Color [Extracts Of Annatto, Paprika, Turmeric], Disodium Phosphate, Citric Acid, Lactic Acid, Silicon Dioxide). *Dried.

Very good!

22lbs venison, 4lbs pork back fat, and 2.5lbs high temp cheddar. Spicier than I expected but I am very happy with the flavor.

Good flavor - lot of spice

Great mix with a lot of flavor. The heat is intense if you heavy hand the seasoning. There are a lot of jalapeño seeds in it.
