Ingredients
- 4 Ear – Corn on the Cob, Shucked and cleaned
- ½ Cup – Mayo
- ½ Cup – Sour Cream

2 TB – Bacon Bleu Burger Seasoning
- 12 oz – Bacon
- 2 oz – Bleu Cheese, crumbled
- Chopped Parsley for Garnish
Directions
- Preheat grill, set up for indirect cooking, to 350 degrees.
- Place the corn over indirect heat to cook. Cook for 20-30 minutes until tender.
- While the corn is cooking, roughly chop the bacon and cook in a skillet until crispy. Strain fat and set aside.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the mayo, sour cream and Bacon Bleu Burger blend until smooth.
- Build the corn.
- Drizzle the corn on the cob with the bacon bleu sauce and then top with crumbled bleu cheese and bacon.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and enjoy!
