Let’s give em something to taco ‘bout! Burnt End Tacos are so good that once consumed may actually leave you speechless. Our honey sweet and smoky tender meat cubes will leave your mouth full and your words empty!
Ingredients

1 1/2 Lb Cooked Brisket- Cubed

1 Cup El Jefe Adobo BBQ Taco Sauce

1/2 Stick Butter

12 Corn Tortillas
-
1 Avocado- Ripe
-
1 Cup Sour Cream
-
1 T Lime Juice
-
1/4 Cup Green Cabbage- Shredded

1/2 Onion- Diced
-
1/4 Cup Cilantro
Directions
Preheat smoker or oven to 350 degrees.
Place the cubed brisket, El Jefe sauce and butter in a cast iron skillet and cover with foil. Place on the smoker for one hour.
Remove foil, stir and cook for an additional ½ hour.
Make the avocado cream. Combine avocado, sour cream and lime juice in a blender and blend until smooth.
Combine diced onion and cilantro, set aside.
Heat the tortillas and then build the tacos with the shredded cabbage, El Jefe Burnt ends, avocado cream and diced onions and enjoy.
