16 Oz Cream Cheese- Softened

3 T Elote Loco

1/2 Cup Chunky Salsa

2 Cups Mexican Cheese- Shredded

2 Cups Lettuce- Shredded

1 Medium Tomato- Diced

1/2 Large Avocado- Diced

1/4 Cup Black Olives- Sliced

1 Large Jalapeño- Sliced

1/4 Cup Cilantro- Chopped
Directions
In a medium bowl mix cream cheese and Elotes.
On a serving dish lay down cream cheese base,
Spread salsa over this layer leaving ¼-“ ½ “ of the edge exposed.
Add a layer of shredded cheese.
Layer shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, black olives, diced avocado.
Garnish with jalapeño and cilantro.
Store in refrigerator until ready to serve with chips and enjoy!
