Ingredients

4 Chicken Quarters
-
1/2 Cup Broccoli Florets

1/2 Cup Pea Pods
-
1/2 Cup Red Bell Pepper- Julienned

1 Cup Red Rooster Sweet Chili Sauce

2 T Multi Tool Ultimate Blend
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
Season chicken with Multi Tool.
In a large Cast-Iron Skillet, over medium high heat, sear the chicken skin side down in a little bit of vegetable oil.
Once browned, flip and sear for 2 minutes. Place the Cast-Iron in the oven for 40 minutes.
Remove from oven and drizzle with Red Rooster Sauce. Spread and baste with a pastry brush. Distribute vegetables around the pan and return to the oven for another 15 minutes or until the chicken reaches and internal temperature of 175.
Remove from oven and drizzle with a little more sauce and brush to distribute.
Serve with rice or by itself for a lower carb option.
