Say I Moo to this delicious burger made with our new SPG rub. Let your meat shine and dazzle your friends.
Ingredients
- 2 LB – Ground Beef
-
5 T – Say “I Moo” SPG Rub
- 5 – Burger Buns
- 10 Slice – Cheddar Cheese
- 2 – Onions, large
- 3 – Jalapenos

½ C – Blue Ribbon BBQ Sauce
- Lettuce and Tomato
- 2 – Eggs
- 12 oz – Beer (cold)

2 C – Flour
- Seasoning to taste
Beer Batter
Directions
- Preheat grill for high heat direct grilling.
- Form the ground beef into 5 equal sized burgers and then season them generously with Say “I Moo” SPG Rub.
- Make the beer batter. Whisk the eggs and beer together and then slowly, while whisking, add in the flour until the batter is smooth.
- Preheat fryer to 350 degrees.
- Cut onion into rings, about ¾” thick. Cut the jalapenos into ¾” thick coins.
- Grill the burgers to your liking and then top with the cheddar cheese for the last 2 minutes.
- Batter the onions in the beer batter and then fry until golden brown and crisp. Do not over fill the fryer, otherwise the ring will stick together.
- Batter and fry the jalapenos.
- Build the burgers with lettuce and tomato on the bottom bun followed by a burger patty. Top with onion rings and fried jalapenos.
- Finish the burgers with a drizzle of Blue Ribbon BBQ Sauce and enjoy!
