My overall experience was average. When my shipment arrived I opened my box and there was cure all over from my sausage making kit. The beer mustard was overwhelmingly beer flavored. I like beer flavored foods but this was overwhelming. I loved the notorious p.i.g. Seasoning. I will be wanting to try other seasonings and sausage kits in the future.

This mustard is an absolute must try for anyone new to artisan sauces

Arrived along with summer sausage and other goodies. I polished off about a third of a jar and half a summer sausage before the jar first saw the refrigerator light. I love mustards. This one begs a good Rubin, or Corned Beef sandwich. on a fresh baked seeded rye, or let's be real, any deli meat or cheese you wish to garnish it with while standing over the sink.
